According to a news article from Fox 26 Houston, 16 individuals, including a high school principal, have been arrested in Fort Bend County on prostitution-related chaon rges. According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, 15 people were arrested for solicitation of prostitution, including, Jameel Aburamadan, 20; Devin Roy, 38; Lance Parnell, 54; Matthew Wray, 33; Donovan Bankett, 29; Troy Flanagan, 35; Shahzaib Ali, 25; Alexis Garcia-Almaraz, 27; Samuel Omolade, 31; Omer Karar, 33; Edward Pickett, 50; Parker Moss, 27; Errol Lindo, 60; Steven Haley, 30; and James Shillingburg, 43. Additionally, Prince Williams, 31, was arrested for the Promotion of Prostitution.

On Dec. 11 and 12, an operation was conducted by the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office and the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance to identify those looking to participate in prostitution. 

Law enforcement members acted as prostitutes and posted advertisements on websites known for engaging in prostitution. The operation occurred in Missouri City.

According to court records, Clements High School Principal James Brian Shillingburg, 43, was arrested on Monday.

The news shocked parents like Shahid, who has a child who goes to Clements High.

“This is not something that you expect from the principal of a high school, but we need to know all of the facts,” he said. “I usually don’t share anything with my wife, but this was something I immediately shared with her, we were really concerned about this situation.”

Sex trafficking has taken over just about every area of our lives, at the grocery stores (Whole Foods especially), Amazon warehouses, gyms (Planet Fitness), hotels and aprtment buildings. We are experiencing a national public safety issue because of this crime. My prayer is for all 16 Arrested to come to repentance while incarcerated.
