According to the Book of Revelations the 16th chapter, verses 17-21, there will be flashes of lightning, earthquakes, and thunders. And in verse 21, God will cause huge hail stones to fall from heaven about the 100 hundred pounds each and kill mankind as they curse him out during the process. This is surely what can be referred to as ‘death by hail’. What God will do in the future is nothing new as he has stoned people to death before in Egypt about 4000 years ago.

Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause very heavy hail to rain down, such as has not been in Egypt since its founding until now.

And Moses stretched out his rod toward heaven; and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and fire darted to the ground. And the Lord rained hail on the land of Egypt.

Despite what meteorologists claim that this is “Mother Nature”, as you can see from scripture, this is caused by God. It’s funny that the only time mankind acknowledges the “act of God” is on insurance claims.
